Dispatch
I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, for custom build orders a time scale will be agreed upon at time of order.
Delivery can be made to any address worldwide with a confirmed PayPal address. If you do not have a confirmed paypal address, please contact for information on how to proceed with your order.
Delivery Durations
- 1st Class & 1st Class Signed For UK via Royal Mail - delivery aim 1 to 2 working days
- International Airmail via Royal Mail - delivery aim 10 working days
- International Signed For via Royal Mail - delivery aim 5 working days
- International Airsure via Royal Mail (fully trackable and insured) - delivery aim 4 working days
Duties, Taxes and Fees
For international orders, please note that all prices are exclusive of duties, taxes or fees that you may need to pay to local authorities. We is not able to advise on the amount of duties and taxes that may be owed to local authorities. These amounts should be considered above and beyond your order total.
Returns Policy
If you would like to return your item(s) for any reason, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your goods, I will then advise how to return the product(s). The customer is liable for all return and original shipping costs and must physically return the goods within 14 Days of notification.
Please note if it is a software download or hard copy which has been activated I will be unable to offer a refund.
